Youth ministry is about far more than planning games and teaching Bible lessons. As leaders, we have been entrusted with something incredibly valuable—the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of young people. Creating a safe environment allows students to grow in their relationship with Christ while giving parents confidence that their children are cared for with wisdom, integrity, and love.
