Youth Ministry Leader Handbook

Youth ministry is much more than organizing games, planning events, or keeping teenagers occupied on Wednesday nights. At its heart, youth ministry is about making disciples who know Jesus Christ, love His Word, serve His Church, and faithfully follow Him throughout their lives. Youth leaders are not called to replace parents, nor are they expected to have every answer. Instead, they serve as faithful examples, teachers, encouragers, mentors, and partners with families as they point students toward Christ.
